Each team member takes their score each week on their phone (it only takes 4 minutes) and report it to Jonathan on your weekly call so that you are accountable.

• Two days in person with Jonathan to launch the relationship. He will spend two days leading team coaching sessions and doing 1-on-1 meetings with team members.

• Weekly Coaching Calls on Zoom (30 minutes per or 60 minutes every two weeks).

• Access to the patent-pending Performance Optimization System (40 Key Habits, Inner-Dialogue Score and many other powerful tools).

• Weekly Coaching Texts with Motivational Videos (Every game day and two per week in the off-season)

• Team Results Reporting on Key Metrics (40 Key Habits, Mindset, etc.)


There are 2 Performance Optimization Team Coaching Packages to choose from:
