Jonathan guides individuals in climbing the Peak Performance Ladder regardless of what level they have already attained prior to coaching.  In fact, the higher the level of success that the athlete or executive has achieved pre-coaching the more impactful Jonathan's coaching will be.  This is because the higher you move up the Peak Performance Ladder the less external resistance you receive (from your boss, coaches, teammates, etc.).
