Each 30-minute weekly coaching call is focused on Jonathan equipping you with 2 or 3 new tools and strategies to control your mindset, optimize your habits and elevate your leadership.

In addition, you utilize the patent-pending Performance Optimization System. This system includes 40 Peak Performance Habits (16 Mindset Habits, 6 Exercise Habits, 6 Nutrition Habits, 6 Sleep Habits and 6 Healthy Longevity Habits). You take your score each week on your phone (it only takes 4 minutes) and report it to Jonathan on your weekly call so that you are accountable.

Your relationship with discomfort will determine how much of your potential you reach! When you intentionally embrace and train in discomfort you become comfortable being uncomfortable and that makes you unstoppable.

Your mental pace determines your ability to see, hear, learn, improve and lead. Your brain is an energy hog (it takes up 2% of your body mass but uses 25% of your energy - and that goes up to 30% to 40% while competing or during high stress moments) so learning to mentally pace is a huge competitive advantage!
