This system includes 40 Peak Performance Habits (16 Mindset Habits, 6 Exercise Habits, 6 Nutrition Habits, 6 Sleep Habits and 6 Healthy Longevity Habits).  You take your score each week on your phone (it only takes 4 minutes) and report them to Jonathan on your weekly call so that you are accountable.

Each call is focused on Jonathan equipping you with 2 or 3 new tools and strategies to control your mindset and optimize your habits.

Important note: Jonathan doesn't share the names of any of the professional or college athletes he coaches so that is why you don't see any pictures or names listed on this page. Why? Because he simply puts 100% of his energy and focus into serving his client (no social media posts, no pictures, no tickets, no favors, etc.). He just wants to see you thrive and attain your full potential. Period.

Jonathan Roche is an Award-Winning Fitness Expert, Best-Selling Author, 12-time Ironman Triathlon Finisher and 29-time Boston Marathon Finisher (running 28 straight to raise funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute).  He is also the Founder and CEO of Breakthrough Health (founded in 2004) and he holds two patents on Personalized Interval Training.

Jonathan is the Peak Performance Coach for Professional Athletes (NFL, NBA and PGA), College Athletes, CEOs and other leaders from some of the largest companies in the US.  

 

He also serves as the Peak Performance Coach for the University of Arkansas Men's Basketball Team which includes him coaching all 12 players 1-on-1 each week. In addition, he guides companies and teams in attaining Peak Performance through Keynote Speaking Engagements!
